Service Etiquette

KamaCalm connects you with professional practitioners that we trust, therefore so can you. All wellness services we provide are entirely therapeutic and not of a sexual nature.
Before your treatment is about to start, two towels will be provided on the massage table along with single-use underwear and oils where necessary.

On Arrival

Please be at KamaCalm for the time of your treatment. In the unlikely event that your therapist is running late, they will personally notify you or the customer service team will.

Before getting undressed, show your therapist where you would like the treatment. They will step outside and allow you to undress and will re-enter and start the treatment once you are ready.

If oils are being used in your treatment, undress to the level you are comfortable with. Wearing the single-use underwear provided is required at all times. We will not tolerate any requests or actions of being inappropriately uncovered.

During the Session

A short consultation form will be filled out by your therapist by asking a few simple questions so the treatment can be tailored to your needs.

Please make your therapist aware of any injuries and/or allergies you have. Freely communicate areas you would like to be focused on and levels of pressure throughout the treatment. If you feel any pain you must tell your therapist immediately!

Please note that for deep tissue and sports massages, moderate pain can occur and will last for 24-48 hours.

After the Session

Once the treatment is complete. Your therapist will leave and give you 5 minutes to slowly get up and get dressed. When they re-enter, please give feedback which will then get noted against your account and taken into consideration at the time of your next treatment.

It is advised that you have a treatment every 2 – 4 weeks to truly feel the benefits and to maintain a balanced body and mind.

We understand that plans can change quickly, this policy is designed to protect the relationship between you and your therapist.

If a mistake is made when booking, there is a 10 minute grace period in which you can cancel with no charge. Please contact our customer service team on 0782 532 2804.

Booking Amendments

Any amendments such as change of time or location will be subject to the same Cancellation Policy as above. If you wish to add any notes to your booking for your therapist, these are free of charge.

Prices on the booking page are full and final with no hidden fees.

Treatments can be booked between 9 am & 8 pm daily.
